My at Home Care is dedicated to your well being whether you just need an extra hand around the house, or personal health care in the short or long term, we have both private and government funded packages available. We offer a range of home care services including domestic assistance, personal care, nursing, gardening and home maintenance. Almost any assistance you need can be sought through My at Home Care. Government Funded Home Care Packages
Once you have received your Home Care Package Approval Letter from the government and the package has been assigned you are ready to receive services. All you need to do is contact My at Home Care and we will guide you through the process to keep you living well and independent at home. Consider short term care for unexpected circumstances. This care is temporary and can be accessed for unexpected events such as injury or illness. Consider this care when recovering from hospital or rehabilitation from a sprain or fall, assistance for some extra support for a short time, or help when you need it. We have quality support staff and nurses available.
